I decided to create a video about the need for more dog
parks in the area that I live in. I believe that there should be this option so
that dogs are able to go run and play with other dogs along with not having to
be on a leash the whole time. This would help give dogs exercise as well as
their owners. It is important to remember to keep these dog parks clean as
well. That means picking up any trash or poop that your dog left. The main
reasons we do not have a dog park where I live is because people most likely
did not pick up after their dog and did not keep them on their leash which led
to the possibility of someone getting hurt. We need these dog parks because it
is unfair that dog owners have to stay only on the sidewalks, street, and even
their own yards.
You opened my eyes during your presentation, I did not know that dogs were not allowed in some parks :( I hope this issue stops soon because poor doggies have to get their exercise! I agree the parks must be kept clean as well or else it can turn into something bad, the dog can start to eat something bad and get really sick, I hope if they make more dog parks, the owners will respect the park and clean up after themselves.
